You may browse this website, view our work and send us an enquiry. To send an enquiry you must be 18 or over. If you send one on behalf of a family, company or organisation, please make sure you are allowed to share the details you give us.

Sending an enquiry, through Plan Your Event, WhatsApp, email or a call, does not book anything. It does not reserve a date, confirm a price or create a contract between us.

Every event we produce is governed only by a separate written quotation or agreement that we and you accept. Only that document can set the scope, price, payment and cancellation terms and our responsibilities for your event. If anything on this website differs from it, the written quotation or agreement applies.

Our photos, films and descriptions show events we have produced and the kind of work we do. Every event is different, so they are examples, not an offer or a promise that a particular setup, artist, venue, piece of equipment or capacity will be available for your event. We work to keep this website accurate and up to date, but details can change.

The photos, films, text, graphics, page design, the Light & Shade name and our logo on this website belong to Light & Shade Events or are used with the permission of their owners. The Light & Shade name and logo are our trade marks.

You may view and share links to our pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, download, edit, republish or use our photos, films, text or logo for any other purpose, including in your own marketing, without our written permission.

Our photos and films show events we produced. Some include the names, logos, venues, performers or public figures connected with those events. These belong to their respective owners. They appear only to show our work. Their appearance does not mean that they sponsor, endorse or are affiliated with Light & Shade Events, unless we say so.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute about this website will be decided by the courts at Thane, Maharashtra. This does not affect your right, as a consumer, to bring a complaint before a Consumer Commission where the law allows, including where you live.

If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
